Many of the organizations that provide programs have full time employees that administer all of the projects. These Non Profit Jobs are paid from the donations that support the group. In the case of people who teach English as a second language, the Non Profit Jobs are often paid a small stipend to offset any costs of providing the service. Although Non Profit Jobs are not known to be very financially profitable, they do provide many people with a position that is enjoyable and aims to improve society.
